Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 5, 2026

Proplr Cloud Services Inc. ("Proplr," "we," "us") is a Canadian company headquartered in Ontario. We handle your personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for residents of Quebec, Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and what rights you have. Plain language, no legalese.

1. Accountability

Our designated Privacy Officer is responsible for Proplr's compliance with applicable privacy law. Questions, access requests, and complaints should be directed to:

Proplr Cloud Services Inc.
Email: privacy@proplr.io
7111 Syntex Dr, 3rd Floor,
Mississauga, ON L5N 8C3

2. What We Collect and Why (Identifying Purposes and Limiting Collection)

We collect only what you give us directly through our contact form at proplr.io:

We collect this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry. That means following up on your message, scheduling a discovery call if you request one, and sending you information directly related to what you asked about.

Two third-party services run alongside this form: hCaptcha protects the form from automated submissions, and Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics if you accept our cookie banner. Section 5 below details what hCaptcha collects, and our Cookie Policy covers the analytics cookies. We do not use advertising scripts, retargeting pixels, or any other third-party tracking.

3. Consent

By submitting our contact form, you consent to Proplr collecting and using the information you provide for the purpose described in Section 2. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see Section 1). When you withdraw consent, we will stop using your information and delete it, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain it.

We do not collect sensitive personal information through this site. If that changes in the future, we will obtain your explicit consent first.

4. CASL — No Marketing Without Your Permission

We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). When you submit our contact form, we use your email address only to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list. We will never send you a newsletter, promotional message, or any other commercial electronic message without obtaining your separate express consent first.

5. How Your Data Is Processed

When you submit our contact form, your information is transmitted to our team via Web3Forms, a third-party form-to-email relay service. Web3Forms processes the submission only to deliver it to our inbox. You can review their privacy practices at web3forms.com/privacy.

Our contact form is also protected by hCaptcha, a bot-detection service operated by Intuition Machines, Inc. To distinguish real visitors from automated submissions, hCaptcha collects your IP address, basic browser and device characteristics, and interaction signals (such as mouse movement and timing) when the form is on screen. It is loaded on every page that contains the contact form, but it never sees the contents of your form fields — only the signals it needs to score the submission. You can review hCaptcha's privacy practices at hcaptcha.com/privacy.

After the initial form submission, our communication with you is direct. We receive your enquiry and reply to you from our own email accounts. No third party is involved in sending or receiving the emails that follow.

Cross-border notice: Both Web3Forms and hCaptcha may process your information on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States. Under PIPEDA, Proplr remains accountable for your information regardless of where it is processed.

6. Who Has Access (Limiting Use and Disclosure)

Your information is accessible only to:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone else. We use your data only for the purpose stated in Section 2.

7. Retention (Limiting Retention)

We retain your contact information only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for any resulting business relationship. If no engagement results, we delete your information after 36 months of your last interaction with us.

8. Accuracy

We keep the personal information we hold accurate and up to date. If any of your details change, or if you notice an error, contact us and we will correct it promptly.

9. Safeguards

We protect your personal information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including:

10. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

Under Quebec Law 25, residents of Quebec additionally have the right to:

Right to deletion: Regardless of your province, you may request that we delete all personal information we hold about you. We will do so within 30 days unless a legal obligation requires us to retain it. This right is also consistent with the direction of Canada's proposed Consumer Privacy Protection Act (CPPA).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 1. We will respond within 30 days.

11. Breach Notification

If we become aware of a breach of your personal information that creates a real risk of significant harm, we will:
